Similar to other complaints that I found after the same thing happened to me, I placed an order from Omega E-Supplements online and never received the items (vitamins and supplements) I ordered. My credit card was immediately charged for the order when I placed the order. I contacted the company multiple times via both e-mail and telephone (leaving voice messages) over a few weeks.

I did finally get one e-mail reply indicating that the items were in stock and my order would be sent out with priority shipping that same day but a week later it had still not arrived. I again sent e-mails and left voice messages, which included explaining why I urgently needed to receive the supplements I ordered and got no response, despite providing multiple ways for them to reach me. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge (showed up on bill as being from "Nutritional").

I ordered the same items from another online comany and received them in less than a week which had been my experience with other vendors in the past. The lack of response from Omega and inability for them to fulfill/send orders in a timely manner while immediately charging customers is unacceptable. Omega E-Supplements takes orders, charges customers, but apparently does not send the items.
