I ordered the free trial offer which I did not receive. I received a package with a bottle of serum and no paperwork what so ever. I didn't open the bottle as I wasn't sure if it was the trial or not. My bank account was debited $ 81.17 and I was beside myself. I didn't get to trial it or have the opportunity to cancel. I tried to contact them through their website with no reply and a few weeks later another bottle turned up and $ 93.14 was debited from my account. I tried again to contact them with not luck. What do I do?
