I was told that an agent (with expertise as an IT) could answer my computer question for $58.00. When I submitted the question, I was prompted to place a deposit of $28.00. They said that I would receive a reply in an hour.
I submitted the question about noon on 11/01; it is now 11:00 on 11/3. Still no response.
When I further explored the website, they disclosed that their main service was advice in financial planning. I'd call it bait and switch... And I certainly wouldn't trust any financial advice they might offer.
