August 13 I ordered 4 tickets from Song Ticketing, e-mail address [email protected].
Originally we ordered for Mamma Mia, not Mary Poppins in New Amsterdam Theater in New York City on Sept. 10 2pm. I will send all of details from my confirmation letter which was sent by Song Ticketing.
I never received any ticket, no refund. I don’t know how many times I called the company, no one answer and no respond for my messages.
I demand my money back soon as possible, I live on very limited income, so more than 400 dollar was a big chunk from my bank account.
I seeking for punitive damage to, because it was very embarrassing to stay in front of the theater-well dressed and tell the birthday girl: here is no ticket at all.
We bought tickets for $47 each, so I really don’t understand why Song Ticketing charged so much?
