Entered the store at 10:00 am. Asked for a manger and Edith advised me she was the manger on duty. As I walked to the back of the store with my grandchildren boots and socks, I asked Edith about a 10% discount the was promise to me by a manager, in regards to a poorly customer service when I shopped 6 months ago. She asked me the person name and I advised her I did not know. She could not give me the 10% because I did not know the name of the lady. I advised her I worked in customer and know and hopefully will take our customer word, and adivsed Edith, that I will not just say a number out of no where. She became confrontational and advised me to "don't get an attitude with her!" I advised her she was not customer friendly. I just purchased my items and left the store.
This is the 2nd time POOR customer has been act towards Ross service. I am in the business to make it right the first time and go forward. Edith is not a standard friendly person for ROSS business. Lynette
