I am writing this mail to inform you & through your site all the people out there of the troubles that I had on indiatimes.com shopping.
I work out in Mumbai & was searching for a Diwali gift to send to my wife. On 16th Feb, I booked one of the Diwali gift orders through indiatimes.com shopping. (Order No: 201110161148564). I promptly got a mail from indiatimes.com stating that my order had been placed & my credit card was promptly debited. On speaking with with the customer service on 25th October I realized that the consignment was sent through Aramex courier POD No: 6245811622 and then on calling Aramex the courier had reached some one in Hyderabad. Since then I am being following up but every time I have been intimated that there is some investigation done. I have been feed up and post the intimation of the customer service I have written to Vineet Jain and Amit Sharma (MD & GM respectively) but there is no revert.
I have also sent a mail to all my friends making them aware of the scam that is being carried out by indiatimes.com
