Recharged my card per ShubLabh Diwali offer, and per terms and conditions of the offer the gift hamper was supposed to reach the recipient in India within 30 days. The gift hamper was never sent. Airtel customer service agent conceded that this was their normal business practice of — delay, deny and then defend themselves... It is unfortunate that Airtel indulges in such deceptive business practices to boost its revenue from customers based in USA. I do see the same type of complaints from other people all over the web, and so there is a pattern.
