I ordered a wireless keyboard and mouse from india times online shopping on nov. 072011. Since i received the product it did not work at all. I immediately informed india times. This product carries one year replacement warranty. Since nov until today i wrote to them a number of e-mails. I even wrote to their 'operation head' but no response. After receiving my mails someone will call me on phone and ask me to keep the product ready to be picked up by a courier man. Since last five months no courier man came to pick up the defective product. I am so sick and tired of their attitude. Therefore i have decided to write to you. To me this india times is fooling their customers they give falls promises. Prople dealing with this india times should be more carefull.
