I orderd a part from Sears, it last for less then two years and broke, now i have to order the same part again, and they want me to pay $15.38 for the part, and more then $10.00 for shipping. I have work for U.P.S. For more then 17 years, and i happen to know for a fact, it is not that much to ship that part, some must be getting a kickback for the shipping.
