I tried to sell two tickets on StubHub and was charged with "misrepresentation" and was forced to pay the difference of the new tickets that the allegedly "wrongful" party thought he had bought. The "FanProtect" actually did not protect me, and allowed the other party to scam/force me to buy him better seats.
Customer service refused to help me, even as I tried to send them a picture of the ticket and show how I was not aware that I was misrepresenting and would have never intended to do so. I was only trying to sell the tickets because my boyfriend and I had bought each other tickets to the same event.
