StubHub
Sold paperless tickets on there website (doesn't say i can't anywhere) it cost me $1530.00

I bought tickets for the Radiohead show in phoenix earlier this year. I bought 4 of them. I went on the ticket-master website and bought the ticket. When they came they where loaded onto a visa gift-card. After i found out that i couldn't go to the show i decided to post them on stubhub, and get my money back. So i posted then on there website, and after a couple of weeks a set of tickets sold. So i sent the tickets to the buyer. A couple of days past and then i got a call from stubhub saying that the buyer called and said that the tickets was not what he was expecting to receive. I told the Stubhub person about the tickets, and then he told the buyer about the tickets. When he got back to me he said, "that the buyer still want the tickets and that i will be getting paid for them. I was happy.

Another month past and i got an email saying that my other tickets had sold. So i sent out the tickets to the buyer. A couple of days past then i got a call from StubHub saying the same thing as before "the buyer said that the tickets where not what he had excepted. "I told the customer service guy what was up with the ticket and then he told me "that i couldn't sell flash tickets on there website" (which i couldn't find in the "user agreement"). He told me that he would have to cancel my order. So i told him about my other tickets that i already sold and got paid for. He said that they made an exception for that order. I was like ok i did not know about the flash tickets because it doesn't say anywhere about it.

About a week after i sent my tickets to the buyer, and talked about canceling my order. I received money for the canceled tickets that send to the buyer. I thought they just where going to sell my tickets, but this was not the case.

For StubHub i use Paypal to send and receive money. So when they sent me money it went into my paypal account which had all my money. So as i told above i received money for all four of my ticket which equaled $1,360.00 dollars which is in my paypal account. So after a couple of days after i got my money for the last of my tickets i got charged 680.00 to my debit card which i had not money in, And then i also got charged 170.00 For what they say is to buy the buyer who bought my tickets, tickets. So for those two charges to my debit card i got 40.00 in overdraft fees. I don't know why they didn't take the money out of my paypal account or at-least tell me that they where charging my card so that i could of transfered the money into my account. After a day i got another $680.00 charge to my debit card, so another 20.00 overdraft fee.

Before the last fee i was not happy with the charges and fees but i was ok with them. The last 680.00 charge i did not understand why it happened, because StubHub told me that the buyer wants the tickets and that i was going to get paid for them.??? So at the end of the whole thing i bought the tickets at 225 each 225x4=900 tax come to around 1,000 dollars. I put them on StubHub, and StubHub at the end of it Charged me 1530.00 to my debit card. Which they gave me 1360.00 in my paypal account. 1530.00-1360.00= $170.00 to put my tickets on there website. Plus i do no even have the tickets anymore. The buyer who bought then from me still has then and i don't know if i will even get them back before the show that i can't go to. StubHub Ripped me Off
