I thought I signed up to bid on things I wanted to purchase. On a bid on a Kindle which I clearly won, I received a message something like, "Oh that was a close one. Keep trying." well, I didn't because I already felt ripped off. Then came the billing on my card. $99.00. I hadn't signed up for anything. And I could not get in touch with anyone about the "error." that so many others have reported in, makes want to take another stab at being refunded.
