Transfered shares from defunct company to a supposed registered company shares.
They started off as Nevada Transfer Agent in Reno
People connected were Micheal Pearson. Gavin Williams / Richard Sinclair was Head of Complaince of RSBTA Alphaglobalenergy was the company that was suppose to take over the shares
Plillip CarMicheal was suppose to be the Chief Auditor of Alphaaglobalenergy
