10/06 - received a 2nd supply of African Mango from Tone Detox.
10/14 - I called to get authorization to return & refund the 2nd order as it did not work for me. The customer service agent advised that it was "like a club membership" and "as a courtesy", I could be refunded 25% of the cost (orig $79.99).
10/17 - called and requested a supervisor. Supervisor called back stating that I had "agreed to accept the 25% refund". I tried to explain to her that I felt I had no other option. Her reply was "that I could have refused" but she would not give me any other options. She ended up hanging up on me.
10/29 - the refund has not yet been posted to my credit card.
Sadly, a poor example of customer service.
