Under "Terms and Conditions" on the Tone Detox website they state that you can return your product if unsatisfied within 30 days for a full refund less $9.99 shipping and handeling. You must have a RMA # that accompanies the return.
Tone Detox charged my card for the last time on 8/21. Assuming that was when they shipped the product (or after that date considering they charge for the product before shipping), I had until 9/21 to return the product and get my refund. I returned the unopened bottle of product by 9/14 accopanied by the R.M.A. Number via U.P.S. So, at least I have proof of when the product was delivered. I also have proof of the last charge to my American Express Card that they charged. After a couple of months of not receiving my refund I finlly called to see where it was. When Tone Detox FINALLY got back to me they simply said that "corporate" had denied my refund and there was nothing else I could do. No explenation, NOTHING.
Tone Detox is a horrible, lying, and theiving company that doesn't own up to their terms and conditions. Stay FAR AWAY from them!
