I ordered a sample of the tone detox. A couple weeks later i get a $79.99 charge on my bank statement. Of course i called the company and explained to them that i didnt even like the product and they were charging my credit card without my permission. They told me to send the bottle back and that i would receive my refund in 10 days. I call back 10 business days later and they tell me that i was misinformed. That is actually takes 3-4 weeks to receive the refund. Of course that upset so i asked to speak to a supervisor. They informed me that she would call me back within 24-48 hours. I wait and still hear nothing. I wait a few more days and still hear nothing. So i call customer service again where they tell me that my account was closed because the refund is only available for 30 days and my account was now past that. On top of all this they tell me they never received the bottle of pills that i sent to them. I again tell them that i sent it the same day that the last told me to. I even put the reference number inside and outside the shipping package. They then tell me that i was supposed to send it certified and keep the tracking number. I was not told either of those things. Now after being on the phone for 2 hours and hung up on three times i am still deing denied my refund.
