I ordered a engine from sales rep Buck willams of gotengines on 9-21-11 with a debit card, they said i would recive my invoice that day, i never did i called a day later and buck said he sent it and than asked for my email again, i waited again no invoice, after a week i called and he said it was sent, diden't get it i than called back on 10-6 11 and buck told me there must have been trouble with the fax machine and the engine was never shipped out he offered me a 100$ credit after the engine got here for my trouble i asked again about hte invoice he ask me for my email again and he would resend it i got the invoice on 10-7-10 and noticed the engine was wrong i ordered a 3.4 6 cyl and the invoice had a 4cyl i call 10-8-11 to let them know about the engine and was hung up on by a steve called back left a message to buck on 10-10-11 i talked to buck and told him i want'ed a refund he said ok but never called back i called later the same day and he said the paper work was in and it would take a week since than they won't return my calls and so far no refund what makes them think they can just steel peoples money and get away with it
