I recently had my car repaired at Keenan West and had a really great customer service experience. During the week my car was in the shop, Rob called me twice to keep me informed of the progress and let me know that the car would be finished on time.
I live in Wilmington, DE and work in Malvern, PA.in the past, I've used Union Park Honda for my repairs since they are local and more convenient. Because Keenan is a blue-ribbon facility, it was so much easier to go to one place rather than running around to get estimates. Keenan made this an easy and satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
