The sales mane told us we could return within 30 days as long as it is not stained or damaged. But when we wanted to switch to a softer matress, they charged $200.00 fee, which we have never been told. Nor we are not allowed to return. On the back of the receipt there is a fine print says that any employee's promise is not bond by the contract. That means a sales man can use any lie to lure consumers to buy, then the company is not responsible for it.
