I signed up for a 30 day risk free trial offer in July and under their terms if I was not happy with the product I could return the product and I would not be billed for the product even if the bottle was empty.
So far they have billed me for two months and I was unaware until I received my credit card statement. I can't even get in touch with them as when I returned the product I didn't keep any details. My bank has said I have to cancel with Henderson to stop payments, I thought when I returned the product and requested them to cancel it would have been done.
