They called me back in the winter and the 1st question I asked was "Do I have to bring my spouse with me?" She said "No." OK, so I bought the $99 dollar pkg. To Orlando and Daytona. Mid August I made my reservations to go in October. I asked about Disney tickets, sure they would throw them in for another $219.00 for a second pkg. Great, I bought it too. When they called me to confirm, they asked about my husband, I assured them he would not be with me, so they told me he had to. Not what you said, when I asked first thing, or I would not have bought it. I asked for a refund, he said NO. OK, so I go anyway, I found their address iin the phonebook and gave them a personal visit. I was assured the Mgr. Would call the next day, he didn't, so I called and promised to come back. Then he called, he said he reviewed my phone call, he said the only part they record is the verification part. He did finally agreed after 1 hour on the phone to refund my $219 dollars. And they did so. But, I was still out the $99.00 and $764.00 for Disney tickets, that he said they were NOT EVER a part of any pkg. I had 3 grandchildren with me, they wanted to go to Disney more than anything. Much less, how much it cost me to find other accommodations. I didn't include that $1000.00 in my total. Very expensive lesson! Both of my daughters have bought packages as well, anytime they call them for any change, they want to charge them $25.00. Big time fraud!
