Placed an order, my credit card was charged within 24 hours. Could not make any contact with them for 7-10 days, then finally a half baked receipt with a tracking number for China Post mail service... What a joke, tracking number didn't work. Not able to communicate for next two weeks... Website could not be accessed by Internet Explorer! About 1 month from ordering and not being able to contact them, finally their website came back on line and when I contacted them, they said my order was stuck in NY Customs. This went on for another couple of weeks... Yes they answered my replys asking were my product was... A different excuse each time. One time it was that my zip code was wrong (it wasn't), then the order was being held up because the quanity was to large (so why would they process the order?). Now it's been 2 months, the website is down, and it sure looks like they have ripped me off! I guess there is no fool like an old fool. I suggest you contact your bank immediately if you are involved with these clowns!
