I went to get a secured loan and they required the first 16 monthly payments up front for a $10,000 loan. They signed a written contract that looked good as they get. They had me send the money to some guy in Madrid. They called the next day wanting more money and told them I had none and I couldn't get my money back for a month. The month has passed and no money back.
