I went on line looking for a 5,000.00 I was contacted by emerson financial that I could get this loan but it would have to be a secured loan because of my credit status. I question him telling him how do you pay for a loan, he faxed me a contract. His name was Robert Hunter, he even told me to look up usacomplaints.com but at that time there were no reports. After sending the first 910.00 a David Madden from customer service called and said that we could only get the loan if we send another secured payment. At first I told him to refund my money and he said he would on July 7th, and the contract stated that you would have to wait until the loaners pay out date. I was desprite for this money as we are so far behind on our bills.
