My wife and i applied for a loan and were told that if we sent 938.08 to this company that we would get this loan. We were told that the money would be deposited into our account the following day by 5pm. The same day that we are to recieve our money in our account we get a phone call from Harvey Morgan from oakwood lending group. He said that we could have this loan if we send another 938.08 to cover for 16 month worth of payments. Well we decided to not do that and said to him that we would like the money that we did send back. "sure we'll return that money into your account on june 5th one month from today. When i asked to speak to his boss he told me that i couldn't and that he also could not give me any info regarding the actual lending company located in canada.
What should we do about this. Is there anyone willing to go the mile to bring this company to justice.
Oh an i noticed anothing about this company. They play this good.in your contract that you get they state that you may be charged more money down and that you will not get your money returned for 30 days. So by the contract this is all correct but will it actually happen.
