I was looking for a lime green skirt. I found one on tubetopshop.com. I made the purchase online, it cleared my bank account the next day. After 10 days of not receiving the skirt, I looked for contact information. All that was listed was an email. I send an email inquiring about my purchase and received this autoresponder message: Tube Top Shop - BUSINESS DAY / HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY 10am to 3pm - NO WEEKEND HOURS - If you are E-mailing in regards to your order (Orders under 500 pieces) they are SHIPPED within 7 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS (This does not mean you receive the package within that time "it means" it is SHIPPED.) from the following day the order was placed. There is no other way to contact the company, every email is instantly resonded to by this message, and no one ever follows up. It has been over a month. And all I have is a dead end!
