I ordered the DVD on Feb 9th. Confirmation reads as follows: "This email is to confirm your order with Crunchless Abs. You will receive another email when your order has shipped.

Regular Shipping: Orders generally ship within 48 hours of processing. Your order is being shipped to you via U.S. Postal Service, which can take up to two weeks to arrive. For your convenience, we do not require a signature for deliveries.

Rush Shipping: If you ordered Rush Shipping service, orders generally ship within 24 hours. You should expect your package within 3 to 5 business days. Keep in mind a business day is Monday-Friday. For your convenience, we do not require a signature for deliveries."

I sent an email inquiry on 2/19/08, requesting a status. No response. I phoned them on 2/21/08 and was told they were upgrading their system and to call back later.

I did call back later. The customer service rep told me my item was shipped that day, 2/21/08, and I had to wait 7 - 10 days for receipt!!! Waay too long to wait one month for a product. They have my $

Needless to say, I am NOT happy!
