Calle Mondayto find out my unployment balcance when all of a sudden I ws tld that my card had been compromised. I then was told that a new card would be issued to me through Fed-x at no cost and would arrive the following day. I never received my card because the customer service rep did not add my appt number. When I called back on Friday I was then told a new card would be re-issued with overnight delivery, but thy would charge a fee of $10, even though the customer service rep screwed up. Now it is Sat and I called to find out where is my card and I was told that it was ordered after the time for over night deliery. Now I have to wait for my card to come either monday or tues and I am still being charged $10 for a cad which I will not receive today. Manager was not helpful and very unprofessional. When I asked for her last name she refused to give it to me, and was very sarcastic. I would like this matter investigated as well as I would like my money back.
