I ordered the free trial as advertised which never arrived, then i found an amount of £55.67 plus £1.00 charge taken from my account without my permission.
Although i sent an e-mail no reply received, and now i find that a further £60.20 plus £1.00 has been taken on
6th october. I am contacting my bank regarding this matter.
