I purchased a 'Free Trial' bottle of 'Juveneu' that was advertised in the ads on Facebook.
I received my package with the above product from Atlanta GA & found that I was not given a Statement or any other confirmation. I have kept the package that the product came in & it says that it was posted on the 15th August & they then had the hide to deduct $82.57 from my bank Account on the 30th August, I hadn't had the 'Free Trial' for more than a couple of days.
I have since found contact numbers for the US, UK & AUS. I phoned the Australian number & got no dial tone & the US number kept me on the line with a voice recorder for over 20mins. I have sent two emails stating my concern & complaint through the 'contact us' under the original advertisement but no one has contacted me back.
This company now has my card details & I don't know what else to do... Is anyone else having the same problem & can anyone please help?
