I placed an order for a replacement computer screen on 5 Aug. The funds were drafted from my account on 9 Aug. On line, I found that my order had "backorder" status so I placed a call and was told that there was no problem with my order. Numerous times we have exchanged many emails and I was again assured that the screen was on its way. A month later I did receive a screen unfortunately it was not even for my computer. I returned it the same day and now another month later, I received an email on Oct 11 that the promised refund would be completed within 4-7 Business Days. It is now Oct 21 and nothing. I just want the money placed back into my account and never hear Amazing Cellulars again. This is the worst service I can ever remember receiving.
