I ordered my replacement LCD screen for my laptop from Amazing Cellulars online on Nov 20, and after repeated requests both by email and phone messages, I received the wrong screen 30 days later. When I informed the company that the screen the sent was incorrect, I received a very curt email response indicating that what they sent was identical to what I had, which it most definitely was not.
I received no apologies, no trying to make things right, no service or support. When I replied back with photos of both screens showing clearly that the new screen is not identical and not compatible, I received no response. I left several voicemails to a mailbox with a generic greeting, not a greeting with their company name, without response. This company has no customer service, you cannot reach them by phone, and when questioned via email, there is no response. I am being ripped off.
