Took money out of my account without my authorization claiming it as a membership fee that i was never even told existed i had received a 7 day free trial but had not used the website after this trial. I have requested a refund but they are claiming as i used the "membership benefits" during my free trial i do not qualify for a refund. Even after this incident I have looked up the website and nowhere does it say that this fee even exists
