I Received text message claiming my number has made me 'Apple's Winner' with link to page to claim an Apply product.
- I Entered the code under a picture of an IPad and a message saying '5 of 1,000 left'.
Taken to Ziinga.com where it looked like an auction for a KitSound (which I won)
- I Registered for 7-day free trial membership of a Platinum Subscription.
- I Did not want anything beyond the '7-day free trial', so I cancelled immediately (within the 7-day free-trial period).
- I then Received an e-mail suggesting that I signed a binding contract for 3 months of the platinum membership. I received no notice that I was in fact signing a 3-month contract. There was a note saying that upon completion of the 7-day free trial, I would be in 3 month binding contract. However, I did not wait for the 7 days to expire. I cancelled immediately.
