I got fooled into looking forward into the site and they charged me money for doing so, of which I was not aware. Then my password wouldn't let me into the site to spend the money. I emailed them about 10 times and there was always a promise that they were working on the problem. Now I find the site is down and I have lost my money. What can we do to recoup? Paula Padilla
