Ought a cruise and theft insurance for crise, then after 4 weeks had to cancel due to a stroke and heart problems, they then told me have to get reemburst by the insurance i bought, they never told me that in the beginning they told me if a emergency came up i would be fully reemburst of all my money i put down for trip, i have not received my money back yet, this is fraud and same as a scam and stealling from the consumer, the government should step in and make them correct this and return peoples hard earned money, wanted a trip all my life then when i thought i could go i cant, now have to worry about getting my money back, this sint right!!!
