Package addressed to me sent from medco health store was delivered to another address. The driver drove past my house to deliver to wrong address. Later the resident at that address brought the nine lb. Package to me. I wrote to ups about this but of course have received no response. I guess that is to be expected. I would appreciate an explanation, an apology, or some response to my email to ups!!
