I ordered a package from UPS and the status showed delivered, but I had never received anything that day.
I called UPS later that night to get the address of where they delivered the package to and it was not my address. They told me it was nothing they can do but to contact the shipper.
The next day I took it upon myself to go to the address of where the package was supposedly shipped to. It happened to be only a few minutes from my house and was a trucking company.
I went to the address and it was a trucking company and the receptionist says there had not been a UPS delivery the day before.
So I figure either the receptionist is lying, (which I doubt), or the UPS driver took my package and gave it away or sold it I don't know what to think.
I just know that I will not purchase from anyone who uses UPS or use them for shipping again. I find it hard to believe that they can deliver a package to another address that happens to be a few minutes away.
Pi*ed the hell off. Not to mention this is Christmas time.
