Order placed 9/21 for 16 items only 2 items received. 1 month later and about 50 customer service calls I was offered a duplicate replacement order. I requested a refund instead which takes 3 to 4 weeks to process. I requested an e-mail confirmation of my refund request, haven't received one yet and to top this off the customer service website isn't working all my e-mails return back unable to deliver. Please help me to obtain my refund I do have numerous uses for the money. If no refund is issued what is my next step to resolve this issue? Thanks.
