I placed an order in Aug. 2011. I have not received my items and my credit card was charges. I tried to contact them via their customer service e mail and only received an auto response that said my items are on back order.in Oct. I sent an e mails canceling my order and wanting a refund. NO ANSWERS or CREDITS
I want my money back and this company shut down.
