Promised to remove much derogatory information from my credit profile from all three major credit agencies. Originally required a $300 fee to begin plus monthly fees after a period. They agreed to split the 300 into 4 payments of 75, because I receive disability SSI Income. When they weren't forthcoming on their promises, I discontinued the VISA Debit I had given them and they did deduct $75. I finally received a revamped credit report which reflected the exact same information as before. Therefore I am complaining that they fraudulently deceived me by phone to undertake the process.
