Advert in Facebook. Said advised to purchase both products, risk free trial for $1.99 each for postage. Didnt receive the trial but got the full bottle of both and charged the full amount. Rang Hydroxatone and they said that Juvenue was piggy backing on their advert and nothing to do with them.
I cancelled my order and got a cancellation number (13/10) then charged on my credit card 17/10 again.
Rang and no result - they told me they had to talk to their supervisor.
Juvenue would not give me a refund back even though I rang inside the 30 days trial. They suggested I give the product to a friend! Rang today 20/10 as they did not give me af ull refund as promised by a supervisor Lindy.
