Hydroxatone Juvenue was a site sent to me via email. When I saw the products, they promised a 30 day trial for the products @ $1.99. So I placed my order on the 1/9. The Hydroxatone arrived 2 weeks later (16/9) with a statement stating that I would be billed at the end of the month. I contacted the company immediately to say that I only received the goods two weeks later and did not wish to be billed until I had trialed the product a full 30 days. I was apparently given an extension from the 16/9. I then started using Hydroxatone. The Juveneu arrived on the 20/9 and I have yet to begin trialing this since I didn't wish to use the products at the same time as my skin had begun burning. I stopped using hydroatone on Saturday 3/10 as my skin started peeling around the mouth area and I had developed what was looking a bit like a cold sore. I sent emails to customer service at Hydroxatone and they said that I did not need to worry, they would not debit my credit card. When I checked up on my credit card today (8/10) to make sure that there had been no debits on my credit card, it was to find that Juvenu had in fact, made two debits on my credit card of $92.66 and $82.77. With international charges to my account, I had paid a total of $180.60 to them and have not received any products except the freebie which I have not begun to use due to the burning on my skin. I phoned them immediately and got through to a lady who said that their company does not do refunds and I am basically stuck with the product. Juvenue was much harder to get through to. My husband tried last week and sat on the phone 20 minutes and could not get through - expensive when phoning from Australia. I contacted the bank immediately to prevent this company from debiting my account. I gave no authorisation for them to debit my account.
