I ordered one sample of Bellaflex and one sample of Hydroxatone. I received a card from the post office stating that they had a package which I had to pay twenty five pounds on collection as it had to go through customs. As the samples only cost about $3 I said that they would have to return to sender as I was not prepared to pay twenty five pounds for samples totaling $3. On receiving my bank statement there were two unauthorised payments. One was to Acm*Hydroxatone United States for $69.95 on October 10th and a second to Acm Bellaplex United States for $69 95. On October 11th. Is there any way I can get my money back?
