One of the two cans of flexseal that I recieved was defective. I called on Oct. 8 and talked to Simon about a replacement can. After being put on hold for more than 10 minutes, he came back and said that they would ship replacement can. The next day there is a charge on my card for $2.58. This is a minimal amount but it says two things about this company. First, they didn't have authorization to charge my card for the defect replacement. Second, it really only costs $2.58 to ship this product not the $19 they charge.
I called customer service and talked to Sherrie about crediting my card back the $2.58 because they should have shipped it free. She told me that was the cost of shipping of the new can... I proceeded to tell her that they either owed me the $2.58 or $17.50 that they over charged for shipping in the original shipment. She said they would refund the $2.58 to my card. It has been 10 days and there has been no refund to my card. The product does what it says it does, but the company is running a scam.
