Completely inept customer service! I called numerous times inquiring about my account and when I refused to partake in their security option (for an extra fee) I was hung up on. Plus I was given gross misinformation on the availability of funds so when my pet was taken to the vet, there were no available funds despite the confirmation number and the information that I was given from the last representative. When I spoke with another representitive to file a complaint, surprise surprise I was hung up on again! It is obvious that this company cares about money obtaied through extra fees and nonessential security "options" and not about people or their animals.
