Impossible to Return Worthless Bra

Second attempt to obtain return authorization. This time, told point blank: "You cannot return the bras."
I said calmly, "Okay and you are going to tell me why, right?" Since it was such a blunt statement.
Seems I've exceeded the 60-day window even though I went through this when I purchased in August.
She rattled off two slightly differing acct. Numbers after my insistence, obviously hoping I'd write them incorrectly. This company is a RIP OFF!
