This is real at first glance.

I truely thought I won $1,400, 000. The Document states the actual prize payment data total and names me as the reciever.

They want $19.99 to process some data report of release. Upon reciept of my $20 they will deliver to me my prize, but does not give a phone number to call and only has a P.O. Box as an address.

I have recieved two of these very official looking letters, one for $1.4 and one for $1.8 million that they claim I have won. Further reading into the letter you can tell that it is a scam.

Please be aware of this scam and DO NOT send them any money. Maybe just a nasty-gram.
