I ordered 3 pairs of Rockport Lorraine Chelsea Black Patent boots at $48.40 each. Shipping was advertised as being FREE. I did not receive these boots.instead, I got a really cheap Hannah Montana shopping bag, shipped from China. I paid for this order via Paypal and on my Paypal invoice, it says the company charging my card was "huang lian (shoes. [email protected])".
