Thought I got a great deal on 2 pairs of shoes. Never got the shoes. Contacted PayPal, they said the company proved they sent the package, and yes I also got a stupid Hannah Montana bag from China. That was the "shipment proof" to PayPal. So I lost the money and PayPal doesn't seem to care.
